Welcome to soundslikedre.com (the "Site"), operated by Sounds Like Dre LLC ("Sounds Like Dre," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this Site, purchasing merchandise, or booking a performance or lesson through us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Separate Lesson Terms & Conditions govern private lesson bookings specifically and remain in effect alongside these general Terms.

1. General Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase or booking on this Site. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site.

2. Merchandise Purchases

  • All product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate to the best of our knowledge but may contain errors; we reserve the right to correct pricing or availability at any time.

  • Orders are not final until payment is confirmed and we accept the order.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory issues.

3. Shipping

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

  • Our products are fulfilled through multiple vendors, which may ship from different locations, including internationally. As a result, items from a single order may arrive separately, in different packaging, and at different times.

  • Delivery timeframes may vary by item for this reason, and orders with multiple products may not all arrive on the same day.

  • Risk of loss and title for merchandise pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn merchandise in original packaging, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

  • Custom, personalized, or final-sale items are not eligible for return.

  • To request a return, contact info@soundslikedre.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive the returned item.

5. Booking Inquiries & Live Performances

  • Submitting a booking inquiry through the Site does not guarantee availability or confirm an engagement. Bookings are confirmed only upon written agreement between the client and Sounds Like Dre.

  • Deposits, cancellation terms, and performance details will be outlined in a separate booking agreement or contract prior to any confirmed engagement.

  • Cancellations made by the client within a period specified in the booking agreement may forfeit some or all of any deposit paid.

6. Private Lessons

Private lessons are governed by our separate Lesson Terms & Conditions, provided at the time of booking. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the Lesson Terms as they apply to lessons, the Lesson Terms control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to the Sounds Like Dre name, logos, brand marks, photography, video, written content, and merchandise designs — is the property of Sounds Like Dre LLC and/or its authorized contributors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may contain links to third-party services (such as payment processors, social media, or Buy Me a Coffee). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sounds Like Dre LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, purchase of merchandise, or booking of services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
